PRE-ORDERS:
Your order will be made once payment is completed and shipped as soon as production is finished. Estimated production times are 2-4 weeks for clothing and 30-50 days for bags.

PAYMENT METHODS:
Payment can be made using a credit card or by bank transfer

DELIVERY:
Orders are shipped on business days 1-3 days after the order has been made.

EXCHANGE & REFUNDS:
Exchanges and refunds can be made within 14 days after the delivery of the product.
Please contact our team via email before sending a package back. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and with all tags attached with the original packaging.
Delivery fees will be the customers responsibility.
We do not offer exchanges, customer must go through the return process for any unwanted product and a new order must be placed for the desired item.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS:
If you have received a damaged product, customers will be reimbursed for all delivery expenses and will receive a refund.
Please send the product back unworn with all tags attached and the original packaging.

TAX:
Every country has different tax rules, please contact customs in your country for accurate information.
