PRE-ORDERS:
Your order will be made once payment is completed and shipped as soon as production is finished. Estimated production times are 3-4 weeks for clothing and 4-6 weeks for bags.


PAYMENT METHODS:
Payment can be made using a credit card or by bank transfer


DELIVERY:
Orders are shipped on business days 1-3 days after the order has been made.


EXCHANGE & REFUNDS:

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective. In these cases, the original item will need to be returned to us in order to arrange a replacement. We kindly ask that you check your garments carefully upon delivery before removing any tags.

If you would like to request a return, please contact us at info@renkai.co or WhatsApp us at +62816771550 within 48 hours of receiving your order. Returned items must reach us within 14 days from the delivery date. All items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all tags still attached.

Exchanges are only available for ready stock items, subject to size availability. Items made-to-order or pre-order are not eligible for exchange.

For your peace of mind, we recommend using a registered shipping service and keeping your tracking number, as we're unable to take responsibility for items lost or damaged during transit.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and will only be reimbursed if the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrectly sent.

Please note that due to Indonesia's re-import regulations, we're unable to process returns or refunds for international orders.

Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
